Hot stone fillet of beef was delicious and I recommend the 2nd red wine on the menu, from Puglia ?

We had a nice lunch with friends. The food was good and the service courteous.

We met with friends who hadn't seen each other for a long time. Had a table for 7 people reserved in advance, unfortunately only a table for six people was reserved. (??? Why?) Food and drinks were okay, nice selection. The background music wasn't quite our taste, too loud and too much hum. We had to keep shouting at each other at the table to make ourselves understood. Unfortunately, the waitress often "disappeared" for a long time, and it was difficult to reorder a drink or a dessert ..., even when paying, it was difficult to find the waiter. Some of us had to go to the train earlier, could hardly pay more at the end ... Nevertheless, we had a great evening.

Very creative way to have a restaurant within a medieval tower. Most of the seating is outside and it's all a bit cramped inside, but the bathrooms are at the top of the tower which is a very good use of space. The food was good. My friend and I split a Flammkuchen and it was the perfect size for something to eat in the afternoon between shopping and visiting the Altstadt. Service was ok (some miscommunication throughout, and they expected a tip) and the food came quickly.

Mega location very central and super friendly staff. The boss is also very personable. I had the salad with salmon fillet in terijyaki sauce, it tasted fantastic.

Fast and attentive service, delicious food. The prices are ok, maybe a little expensive. Inside there are about 5-6 tables, but the outside area is also equipped with umbrellas and patio heaters.

The hot stone with chicken is particularly recommended. The baked potato with sour cream dip is delicious too. On weekends you should reserve in advance. There is a disinfectant on every table. The service could be improved; no waiter comes to the table after the meal.

On a Friday evening I would have liked a little better service ... not very attentive so less sales. Drinks in this case Barcadi Cola ... almost no Barcadi to taste. Havana was out and the other cocktails were sometimes too sweet. It's a shame, maybe just caught a bad evening. Will definitely test it again

Very tasty food and very nice service. Because the way to the quiet village is definitely worth it. Just don't wait so long.

As a local, I am disappointed. Went there for drinks last night with friends and saw a table that we wanted to sit at. Asked if we could sit and were told we could after the table was cleaned. We waited and right as the table was finished a different waitress came and told us we couldn’t sit there and we should sit somewhere else (not in a friendly way). After a short back and forth she was annoyed and told us to sit. We then proceeded to consume our beverages but were cut short when she started cleaning up our table mid drinks. When we asked to pay she said it was 23€. As I gave her the card to scan she looked at me and had the AUDACITY to say “how much will MY total be?”. She actually expected a tip after that horrendous service, absolutely unprofessional. Also, as a local we didn’t go because it’s by the tower but just to try the bar as the tower is not considered anything special. It is unfortunate that the service is so bad. Also, there are a LOT of MICE there. They are small but there are lots of them. (Most are in the back by the swingy chair things) Would not return.

The bar is well attended. There was always a line to enter. I took two caipirinhas their fashion with tightness and I really liked it. I paid 7.50 Euros. I found the prawns very expensive. Only 5 units came. I paid 10.50 for them. In times of Corona Virus I had to fill out a paper to stay at the restaurant. In general I liked and indicate. The service is normal, with nothing special.

We were served in a friendly manner and the food tasted great. I can only recommend the cheesecake. The location is great and I would come back again and again.

I've always liked this cafe ... the special atmosphere the adequate staff. But a few days ago I was there and had a spider in my iced tea. Certainly the flower piece, which didn't even look nice, was not washed off and this spider was hanging in my iced tea! I drank with relish and when I noticed it I was about to vomit. I gave it back and wanted a water. I paid both and I was offered a piece of cake on the house. I said no, because after such disgust, I didn't want to know what else I could find in the cake! Given this experience, my friends and I will certainly not go there again. Be sure to check what you drink :)

Really nice evening here. Warmly received by the staff, always ready for questions and courteous. The food was high quality and professional. Nevertheless, eating without a good reception would be of no value. Great food, very great staff

Always feel like home .....

Excellent place

The place looks like a little castle from far away. They have plenty of seating options both inside and outside. They also have patio heaters to help you keep warm with courtesy blankets if you are outside. There are screens available both inside and outside if you are a sports fan and want to enjoy a game. Food is also good with decent options in the menu. We experienced good service and found that everything was very good.

Location top. Eating is fine. Price performance too. Only in winter can legs get cold quickly inside.

This was such a perfect place to take my family on a rainy day. It’s a beautiful venue and the server was awesome in helping the family by speaking in English. He was very pleasant and joked around with my autistic family member. Would highly recommend!!

Most of the seating is outside. Probably room for 30 at most inside with 1 waiter, who did a good job all things considered. The inside seating is ground level. What is upstairs? The toilets! I had a cheeseburger which was better than I expected. I would come back, especially if with someone who had not been there was with me.

Nice cozy cafe. Right in the middle of Frankfurt downtown.

It was very bad experience, there was a small mouse running between the tables then I saw it jumping onto the chairs. When we inform the waiter he said we are sorry but it's normal in Frankfurt!! No one try to take the mouse out!!! We are disappointed, never come back again.

Cool place to have a drink, but the music is not that great, and is a bit loud, even when one goes there in the early evening for a bite.

Spectacular view over the city skyline. Moderate prices for drinks. Only downside is that they close pretty early for a Saturday night, 1AM when we were there.

Nice location below an old tower in Frankfurt city. Service was fast. The food was just average for the price that’s being charged. We tried the hot stone steak but was quite disappointed the meat was already placed on the hot stone. The meat should have been placed on a separate platter to allow the diners to cook at their own pace. The service was not great. Grim and unmotivated waiters and waitresses who were asking for tips at the end of the service which made us wonder if the restaurant is underpaying it’s staff.

Really good restaurant located in an old tower in the middle of the city... Good food and good service
